I sell houseboat

: Good evening,

we are selling a Houseboat with a total area of 24.6m². Of this, the interior is 18.6m² and the terrace is 6m². It served us as weekend recreation. Houseboat is located in Rusovce.

The layout consists of two rooms and an entrance terrace with seating. There is a window in both rooms. The bedroom is equipped with a sofa bed and a chest of drawers. In the second room, which is also a common room, there is also a folding couch, a table with chairs, a chest of drawers, a TV and a mini-fridge. The floor in both rooms is a floating floor (parquet) and on the terrace wooden boards. The houseboat is heated by underfloor heating and also equipped with air conditioning. 

The price of the houseboat also includes a parking space together with two parking spaces for boats, paid by 31/12/2023!

Within there is also a technical room for rent (possibility of storing, for example, a paddleboard), a toilet with a shower, spaces on the pier and WIFI. The water in the room is drinkable. The houseboat is connected to the electrical connection in the marina. From the Houseboat, you can go along the bay to the direct flow of the Danube and thus enjoy a great cruise with beautiful views, such as Bratislava Castle, Ufo, Devín until you arrive in the Netherlands, and you can sail down to Čunov, visit the X-bionic Sphere and further to Romania. In the surroundings, you can use kayaking, paddleboarding, and of course swimming, especially fishermen. ☺️ Right on the pier next to a wonderful restaurant, which we used for lunches, in the evenings we liked to grill on the pier.
