The accommodation comprises four cabins — three double and one triple — nine berths, two marine toilets, a spacious saloon and a well-equipped galley with a three-burner gas cooker, oven and refrigerator.

The current owner purchased the yacht in May 2017 and has since carried out numerous maintenance and improvement works. The boat can be viewed by appointment in Genoa, Italy.

MAIN WORKS COMPLETED DURING CURRENT OWNERSHIP

The principal maintenance and improvement works carried out since 2017 include:

• inspection and refitting of the tanks;

• restoration of the seawater circuit;

• replacement of the service and engine batteries;

• renewal of the engine control panel;

KNOWN MAINTENANCE ITEMS

• The liferaft service expired in 2022 and needs to be renewed.

• The existing anchor chain, approximately 50 m long and 10 mm in diameter, has some areas of rust.

• One of the stern mooring fairleads needs to be replaced.

• The boat has remained in the water for approximately three years and needs to be hauled out and treated with a new antifouling cycle.

• The toe rail needs attention, and some stanchions need to be resealed and more securely fastened.

• The mainsail needs to be replaced.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

No recent marine survey is available. Inspection by a surveyor appointed by the buyer and a subsequent sea trial are welcome, subject to prior agreement.

The available documentation and maintenance invoices can be shown to genuinely interested buyers.

The yacht is offered for sale by a private owner and can be viewed by appointment in Genoa, Italy.

Recently hauled out for a professional hull survey, which found no issues. Engine and sterndrive serviced, plus new antifouling paint and propeller anodes.

**Layout:** Owner’s version with 3 double cabins and 2 bathrooms.
**Engine:** Volvo Penta D2 55 (only 1,600 hours). The engine is in superb condition, with very few hours for its age.
**Sails:** In-mast furling mainsail, 150% genoa (new UV strips added in 2019), asymmetric spinnaker (lightly used). All in good to excellent condition.
**Deck:** Fully teak deck and cockpit (needs new caulking in a few areas).
**Instruments:** Raymarine c70 plotter system installed, with wind and depth sensors, and includes radar.
**Ground tackle:** Lofrans windlass (12V) (new 2021) with 50m of chain and a 16kg Delta anchor. The lower rudder bearing was replaced in 2021, giving super smooth and easy steering. 6 new fenders with covers (2021).

**Heads:**

– Head 1: separate shower and electric flush toilet (added 2019, plus spares), with black water tank.
– Head 2: en-suite to the owner’s cabin with integrated shower (manual flush).
– Seacocks and through-hulls replaced on both heads in 2021.

**Antifouling:** New in 2026.

**Power:**

– 2 x 100A solar panels with new MPPT solar controller (2019)
– 1 x 100A wind turbine (needs some love/lubrication)

The Albin Vega 27 for sale was built in 1969 and is therefore made of very stable GRP. The small, seaworthy and excellently maintained boat comes to the new owner first-hand, as I as the owner preparing boat for a crossing Atlantic, but unfortunately plans changes due to health reasons and now i sell a boat and leave the Europe. The engine has been regularly serviced – a Yanmar 3YM20 from 2008 (16.2 kW) (have a receipt), which works excellently and was last serviced in July 2024 (new V-belt, new impeller, various filters replaced) hours time less 1000 (can’t tell how much because screen burns on the sun often happens on this type of screen repair 10 euro for a new lcd) fuel consumption ~ 1.5/2 l per hour. The propeller is a Flexofold from 2008. It has almost everything including paints with sanding mashine Bosh used only once and a lot of staff, 2 steering autopilots, spiritus stove origo 3000, inflatable boat with airpomp, cmap denmark and scandinavia, 2 anchors.
